3 Simple Ways to Survive the Holidays

Hello is this thing on? I'm just checking because I'm talking about something really important today -- surviving the holidays. For some the holidays bring stress and when you're stressed it's easier to get sick. Maybe you have small children which kyou now how that goes. No one wants to be sick, especially when it comes to the holiday season.

3 Tips to Surviving the Holidays

Eat a healthy breakfast
Start the day with a healthy meal. If you don't have time to make eggs, etc. opt for a smoothie. Yes, you can drink smoothies during the winter.

Yesterday I kicked off my morning with a "banana booster."
